Baker-confectioner

To support continued development in our Baking business, we wish to recruit for our test bakery at Novozymes Switzerland AG near Basel an experienced Baker-confectioner.

Qualifications

The basis for this challenging position is a completed professional education as a baker-confectioner and several years practical experience. It is important that you have distinctive sensory abilities in order to evaluate dough and bread properties. In addition, you have experience with the PC and the current office software. English (company language) and German are languages in which you are able to communicate, both written and spoken. You have an outgoing and communicative personality. Flexibility, team spirit and result orientation are important work characteristics.

Challenges

This is an interesting position in which you are responsible for testing in baking trials the varied and interesting effects of enzymes in bread and other baked products. You have regular contact to our customers and sales offices in the EMEA area (Europe, Middle East and Africa) as well as with our laboratories in the Danish headquarters.
