For the first time, we are holding the Convention in our homeland and what a location!
Edinburgh - one of the greatest cities of the world! A city that is also a World Heritage Site!
Of course, the Convention itself is the reason people attend, but enjoyable surroundings add a lot to an event.
THE ROXBURGHE HOTEL:
The Roxburghe Hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Edinburgh and is located in the heart of the Georgian new town. It overlooks Charlotte Square (home to Scotlands First Minister) and it is just 149 paces from the main entrance to famous Princes Street probably the nicest main city street in the world (yes, we counted the paces). 
The Roxburghe is a premier 4 star hotel superbly located. It is nearing completion of a major refurbishment and has 198 bedrooms, many with stunning views of Edinburgh Castle.
Right next to the hotel is Rose Street, a pedestrianised old street full of traditional pubs and restaurants.
All rooms have air conditioning and flat screen TVs. Some special rooms are available with spectacular views or original Georgian features (by arrangement).
The hotel also features a health centre, 12 metre lap pool, dance studio, sauna and steam room.
Furthermore, for those wishing to spend more time in this wonderful city, the Roxburghe has agreed to extend our specially negotiated rate either side of the Convention and will be available for the nights of Saturday June 19 to Sunday June 27 inclusive.
The hotel has wi-fi capability which was an on-cost at the time of writing, though the hotel hopes for free or greatly reduced access by June 2010.

 SPECIAL DISCOUNTED ACCOMMODATION RATE:
We have negotiated some very special rates for our group and can offer overnight accommodation in the Roxburghe at £100 ( € 109 / US$160), which includes VAT but not breakfast (as we provide breakfast during the Convention). Double occupation is at £110.
How about that for a high-quality, city centre hotel? Especially as it extends either side of the Convention!.
 TAX: The accomodation prices quoted include VAT at the rate of 15%. Should the Government change this rate, prices will alter. There are no additional taxes to pay.

For reservations after that date, the discounted rate may not be available.

The hotel has 198 rooms, but, of course, only half of those will be held for our group and our discounts. We expect Edinburgh to be a popular location for our attendees, so to avoid disappointment or added costs, please book early! So please book early!

The form is on the register page of our website and we strongly suggest you make your accommodation reservation at the same time as you register your delegate place.
