DAY DELEGATE RATE: 420 (Euros) including 22% reclaimable VAT.

We have negotiated an excellent discounted overnight rate with the Radisson Blu Daugava for attendees. Knowing that many will wish to spend more time in the Riga area, for business or pleasure, we have arranged for these discounted rates to extend either side of the convention. FULL DELEGATE PACKAGE:
This entitles the attendee to all activities during the Convention. This includes all Speaker Presentations; access to your choice of Technical Workshops; a complimentary place for the Convention gala dinner party and associated entertainments; buffet lunches; your personal link to download a Convention file, which will include presentations (unless restricted), delegate bag and information, welcome coffee, lunch, coffees and snacks, complimentary end-of-day drinks served in the meetings area; etc. etc.

DAY DELEGATE PACKAGE:
This is valid for one day only (8.30 to 18.30) of your choice and includes access to the presentations of that day, delegate bag, welcome coffee, lunch, coffee and snacks, plus end-of-day drinks. If coming for one day only, please indicate which day on the registration form.

GALA DINNER GUESTS:
Full delegates are automatically included for the Gala Dinner. Full delegates may, if they wish, purchase extra guest places at the dinner if they wish to bring a colleague or associate. A guest place costs euros 60 (including VAT) and needs to be reserved in advance. Guest places can be reserved when you register (see Register page).
