VISAS TO ENTER LATVIA:
Latvia is a member of the EU and a Member State of the Schengen Agreement. For non-EU delegates, or if in any doubt, please check if you need a visa to enter Latvia.

We do very strongly recommend that if you need an entry visa, you register and pay early as visa processing can take some time.
If you wish, we can provide letters of invitation to support your application once your registration has been 'made and paid.' These letters are sent be e-mail and airmail (or fax if you so request). If you wish letters of invitation to be sent to you by courier, this must be on your account with a named courier. Your registration fee does not allow for the cost of a courier.
If your application for a visa is declined for any reason, you will be refunded the registration fee in full, provided this is before the cut-off date of Monday June 18, 2011. (At that time we are committing to final numbers to the hotel and their payment).
We also strongly suggest that when registering to attend you also book your accommodation and receive confirmation from the hotel to assist in obtaining visas. .
